Reminder - ClassDoJo Educational Tool

Class Dojo -  Educational Tool - KEEP UP TO DATE BY SEEING LATEST NEWS IN PARENTS' SECTION -

Class Dojo is new educational tool which we are using at Idle CE Primary School to promote positive behaviour and encourage important skills along with supporting Home Learning where required. It is used throughout the school by all staff. Class Dojo is also a useful tool for parents to keep in contact. If you have not connected to the Class Dojo yet, you can access this via a computer or download the free mobile app.  You should have received a letter with a code, so you can see how your child is getting on in school and work that has been set to do.

During these uncertain times we understand that keeping your child motivated and engaged in home learning when it may be required can be a challenge. We as teachers at Idle CE Primary School have decided that by introducing Class Dojo, this will allow us to set work and to communicate with our pupils and parents in a more effective way.

Stories

Every class, school, and student has their own Story, all of which are shared home with parents. Stories are instantly updating streams of pictures and videos from the school. Teachers can post information and share resources on the stories section.

School Story helps school leaders to share with all families connected to their school, Class Story helps teachers to share with all families connected to their class, and Student Stories helps students to create their own story: a timeline – or portfolio – of what they've learned.

Portfolios

This will help with Home Learning if required and worksheets can be found and completed in this section.

Please see below for a basic help sheet when using ClassDojo on a pc.
