World Book Day was extra special at Idle Primary School today as we opened our new Key Stage 2 library! Our two reading ambassadors cut the ribbon during the official opening ceremony then classes spent time browsing and borrowing books.

A special thank you to Richard Sykes, who raised money to buy the library furniture, and popped in for a visit. A huge thank you also to all of the families and local businesses who kindly bought or donated books for the library and also to Bradford Grammar School for a huge donation of books. A massive thank you to all the staff as well, who have worked tirelessly to get our lovely library open. #welovebooks
