Remembrance Day 2024

On Monday 11th November, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils came togther to mark remembrance day with a special worship.

Worship Leaders, along with Mrs Mason and Mrs Murphy, marked Remembrance Day with a collection of poems and songs as we came together to think about the men, women and animals who have fought to protect our freedom.

We prayed to thank God for all of those who have protected out freedom and sacrificed their lives in wars and conflict and all of those who continue to protect us today. We asked God to help us to remember them and honour what they have done by respecting them and never forgetting them.

After our Remembrance worship we all gathered outside to hold a 2 minute silence.
