Mental Health Awareness Week

During the first week in February we have been looking at raising awareness about mental health. Lots of interesting things have been going on in school. We had a magician come into our school assembly whihc brought lots of smiles and laughter!

We have been talking about what islands we would have as part of our personality. We had lots of different ones including family, friendship, imagination, gaming, sport, honesty, books and fidget islands. We recognised that we have lots of similarities and lots of differences too.

We have been watching some different mindfulness videos to support our mental health and focus in school.
