Maths: Algebra

 In Maths, both classes have been introduced to Algebra. The children soon found out it is nothing to be nervous of. 

On Numbers Day, the pupils enjoyed using Maths in different ways; including to estimate the number of sweets in a jar!

In Art, both classes have created printing plates inspired by Sara Amos.

English: Tuesday

In English this term we are focusing on the book Tuesday by David Wiesner we are working on character descriptions, past progressive verb form and adverbials. 

The PE team put the Year Six children through their paces with some fun fitness work in Spring 2.

English- Spring 2. The children have written a report of remarkable survival in the rainforest.
