Spring 1
Check back here to see what Year 3 got up to at Nell Bank - as they explored the changes in Britian from the Stone Age to the Iron Age.
Science -
On our first day back, children showed their excitment and enthusiaum for rocks, looking closley at them with magnifiying glass, identifying them and spotting their simlarieties and differences.
English -
Year 3 began their immersion phase today, using their imaginations with a dram activity Lets say.... As they do not know what text their is around just yet, you won't find any spoilers here just yet. Watch This space....
PSHE -
This half term we are considering how to keep ourselves and each other safe. We have started by considering what 'safe' means and identifying 'hazards.' Pupils then sorted useful and not so useful things to tell the emergancy services, if we where to need their assistance. They then roleplayed calling for an ambulance.
